Dr. Christian Hort verantwortet als Senior Vice President das Segment Automotive bei der T-Systems International GmbH. Mit seinem internationalen Team in Europa, USA, Lateinamerika und China arbeitet er an zentralen Industrie-Themen wie z.B. dem Software-Defined-Vehicle, Industrial Metaverse sowie dem Betrieb und der Modernisierung komplexer IT-Landschaften. Hierfür kann Hort auf die Kompetenz seines globalen Automobilindustrie-Expertenteam mit mehr als 4000 Mitarbeitenden zählen. Zu den Kunden gehören OEMs wie z. B. Mercedes-Benz & Daimler Trucks, Volkswagen, BMW, Stellantis sowie führende Zulieferer, darunter z.B. Continental, Schaeffler, Vitesco, Yazaki und Bosch.
Die ersten 9 Berufsjahre arbeitete Hort in verschiedenen Positionen in der Entwicklung, in der Konzernstrategie sowie im Vertrieb beim Liechtensteiner Befestigungsspezialisten Hilti AG. Danach wechselte der promovierte Wirtschaftswissenschaftler in die Automobilzulieferindustrie zu Harman International. Dort bekleidete er über 9 Jahre verschiedene leitende Funktionen im globalen Vertrieb. In seiner letzten Position verantwortete er das divisionsübergreifende globale Geschäft von Harman für die Daimler AG als General Manager.
As Senior Vice President, Dr. Christian Hort is responsible for the Automotive segment at T-Systems International GmbH. Together with his international team in Europe, USA, Latin America, and China, he drives key industry topics such as Software-Defined-Vehicle, Industrial Metaverse as well as the operation and modernization of complex IT landscapes. In doing so, he can rely on the expertise of a global team of experts in the automotive industry with more than 4,000 employees. Customers include OEMs such as Mercedes-Benz & Daimler Trucks, Volkswagen, BMW, Stellantis, and leading suppliers, e.g. Continental, Schaeffler, Vitesco and Bosch.
During the first 9 years of his career, Hort held various positions in development, corporate strategy and sales at the Liechtenstein-based fastening specialist Hilti AG. After that, the Doctor of Economics moved to the automotive supplier industry at Harman International. There he held various managerial positions in global sales for
over 9 years. In his last position as General Manager he was responsible for Harman's cross-divisional global business for Daimler AG.
Thomas Bornheim, Jahrgang 1975, ist seit August 2020 Geschäftsführer von 42 Heilbronn. Zuvor war er 14 Jahre bei Google in verschiedenen Positionen für die Entwicklung von Produkten, Teams und Geschäftsbereichen verantwortlich, unter anderem im kalifornischen Mountain View, in Irland und Indien. Für Google Engineering kümmerte er sich dabei sieben Jahre lang schwerpunktmäßig um die Bereiche Emerging Markets und Datenschutz, für Googles Peer-to-Peer Lernprogramm verantwortete er Konferenzen und Kurs-Design. Vor seiner Zeit bei Google arbeitete Thomas Bornheim bei der Consulting-Firma Simon Kucher & Partners in Deutschland, Großbritannien und den USA. Seine Karriere startete er im PR- und Medienbereich mit Stationen bei der ARD und der britischen BBC. Thomas Bornheim studierte vergleichende Literatur, Geschichte und Philosophie in Berlin.

Sven Kappel is Vice President - Engineering Software Defined Vehicle E2E at ETAS GmbH. He already led the program management Software defined Vehicle at Robert Bosch GmbH from 2020 onwards. Since January 2023, as the program was embedded into ETAS GmbH, he continued his mission with the same passion and energy for ETAS as he did with Robert Bosch GmbH for more than 20 years. Sven Kappel is driven by innovation and a developer centric mindset. He is one of the key initiators and drivers of the Eclipse SDV Working group.
He studied information technology and started his career as Software Developer in the automotive industry. As experienced Customer Project Leader he brought more then 50 SW projects into series production.
